Snowy White Chocolate 5 Pound Block
Choclatique's Snowy-White Chocolate is made from 100% cocoa butter (not vegetable shortenings), fresh creamery milk, Hawaiian cane sugar and real vanilla. It has no chocolate liquor, hence the white or creamy color. Some mistakenly say, "It is not chocolate at all" because it doesn’t contain chocolate liquor, but it is primarily cocoa butter—one of the two ingredients extracted from the cacao nibs.
Our white chocolate has a snowy white color with fresh, clean, milk notes. It has a sweet yet subtle chocolate flavor with a touch of Tahitian vanilla... like no other white chocolate you've ever tasted.

I Don't Want It To Run Out!

I love white chocolate and find it difficult to satisfy my addiction with low quality grocery store white chocolate or expensive designer chocolates in specialty shops. I used to buy bulk white chocolate chunks at Trader Joe's but they discontinued carrying them so I looked online till I found this beautiful, melt-in-your-mouth, curl your toes, make your eyes water slab from Choclatique. It is absolutely perfect! Sad to say, in less than two months I have consumed about 2/3 of this wonderful piece of creamy, white heaven and I am now worried that one day I will go to my cupboard and find it empty, then my freezer (it freezes well) and find it empty. A world without white chocolate? Inconceivable! Unacceptable! Maybe I need to buy more before I run out. Withdrawals are looming on the horizon...
