Snowy White Chocolate 5 Pound Block
Choclatique's Snowy-White Chocolate is made from 100% cocoa butter (not vegetable shortenings), fresh creamery milk, Hawaiian cane sugar and real vanilla. It has no chocolate liquor, hence the white or creamy color. Some mistakenly say, "It is not chocolate at all" because it doesn’t contain chocolate liquor, but it is primarily cocoa butter—one of the two ingredients extracted from the cacao nibs.
Our white chocolate has a snowy white color with fresh, clean, milk notes. It has a sweet yet subtle chocolate flavor with a touch of Tahitian vanilla... like no other white chocolate you've ever tasted.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!! I had bought another brand of white chocolate that was over four times more expensive and was thoroughly disappointed with it so I was a little hesitant to try Choclatique's Snowy-White Chocolate, because, frankly, it is such a darn good price how could it be the quality I am used to baking with? Well, I received it in the mail today, well wrapped and in a beautiful box good enough for giving as a gift. I broke off a piece to try and was very pleased at how creamy it was. I was impressed that it wasn't overly sweet and had good chocolate flavor. It is reminiscent of a Lindt White Choc. I cannot believe the quality for the price! I know many people who are addicted to white chocolate and, at this price, I will order each of them a beautiful 5 pound block! Absolutely worthy of gift giving, gourmet baking, or keeping for yourself! :-) I give it 5 stars - from a really picky, almost snobbish chocolate connoisseur!!!!!

WOW is this thing huge! Fast fast shipping and great service. I did put on the instructions - tell shipper not to leave without a signature and then they just put it outside the door anyhow, but that is UPS for you. Huge, 5lbs is WOW.

This white chocolate is the best I've ever had. It is creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. It is far superior to any of the chunks or bars of white chocolate available in supermarkets or other retail stores.

The best chocolate, white or otherwise is the Snowy White Chocolate Block, not overly sweet, rich, just a great flavor. Our friends sent this for my Big 60.

White chocolate is difficult to find, so I was happy to find this 5 pound block listed. I gave it as a gift to my college-aged godchild who loves white chocolate. He was thrilled. He said it is delicious and one of the best gifts he has ever received. We were all impressed with the size and quality.

I have only tasted a small piece, but it is delicious. And the bar is HUGE! I didn't really think how big it would be, but definitely a good value for the quality of the chocolate.
