Choclatique's Prestige Milk Chocolate is milk chocolate reinvented. It is made with liquid, not powdered milk, giving the chocolate a refreshing dairy flavor. It has an increased amount of cacao liquor and less sugar. Careful conching gives it the snap and velvety texture of our Private Reserve Dark Chocolate and the silky texture and coffee-caramel-creaminess of the great milk chocolates. There is a slight bitter-sweetness that pulls one back from the edge of “too-sweet.” You will immediately notice a mild, rich, milk chocolate flavor with light butterscotch accents, fresh dairy notes and just a slight hint of rain forest spices.
