I used these pastilles at Christmas to make chocolate "chip" cookies just like Jacque Torres makes in New York. They were absolutely outstanding and every single person who ate one asked for the recipe and wondered what kind of "chips" I used. They are a bit pricey for cookies but why mess with perfection?
