I never tried them together in a Champagne Truffle until I got a Box of Bubbly Champagne Truffles from my husband for our 25th anniversary who found them on the internet. First of all they were beautifully shinny and each piece had a leaf of gold on the top. The chocolate was yummy. It was rich, dark and mellow and the Champagne ganache inside was fantastic. I could even feel the bubbles on my tongue. This is a chocolate assortment you want to keep under lock and key and not share with anyone.
