I Used To Hate Milk Chocolate, But Not Any Longer

I've gotta start by saying, I am a chocoholic. But, I used to really hate milk chocolate. I couldn’t stand the taste of it in my mouth… it was too sweet, too cloying, too milky, too…well, icky; until someone gave me a bar of Choclatique’s Azteca Chocolate.
Azteca was a Wow! A double WOW!
It tasted like the richest cup of, spiced, hot chocolate I ever had which I think was in somewhere in Barcelona some years back at one of those fancy, expensive restaurants. I know the chocolate was spiced with some cinnamon, but I think it also had some chili, all spice and other stuff that I couldn’t identify, but it all worked together really well. The bar was also studded with roasted cacao nibs which added another layer of really great raw chocolate flavor and a crunchy texture.
This is one of the best chocolate bars I have ever tasted and it wasn’t at all expensive.
