Delicious Dark Chocolate CBD Truffles
1 1/2 Cups of Dark Chocolate Chips or Pieces
2/3 Cups of Heavy Cream
3 ¾ Tbsp. Butter
3 ½ ml of CBD Oil or Intended Dose
Desiccated coconut or Dark Cacao Powder or powdered sugar for dusting
2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Heat heavy cream in a small pan on low heat. Immediately remove the cream from heat upon boiling. Incorporate the vanilla extract and stir thoroughly. Add in the chocolate a tablespoon at a time until it has melted. Stir in the Cannabidiol Oil and mix thoroughly. Add in the room temperature butter and mix through until everything is well combined. In case the melted butter and CBD oil veers from the mixture, mix again to incorporate well.
Pour the mixture in a mixing bowl and cover with plastic film. Chill in the refrigerator until it somehow solidifies. Once the chocolate looked a bit solid, prepare the working area.

1 Cup Kale
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
1 Cup Almond Milk
3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp. Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Honey or Stevia Powder
The intended dose of Cannabidiol Oil or Powder
Half an Avocado
Drops of Pure Vanilla Extract
Dash of Cinnamon Powder
In a separate bowl, mix chia seeds, flax seeds, and rolled oats. Add 1 cup milk, mix and set aside for at least 20 minutes. In a blender add in chopped avocado, frozen blueberries, kale, spinach, choice of sweetener, intended Cannabidiol dose, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut powder. Blend for a minute at 15-second intervals. Add in the crushed ice and the almond milk and rolled oats mixture. Blend again. Transfer on a glass or mason jar and top with grated dark chocolate.
CBD-Infused Chocolate Mousse Cups
Chocolate mousse cups are an excellent dessert. It can be stored in the refrigerator and can guarantee a daily, measured dose of Cannabidiol. It also is a good way to curb possible indulgence on sweets since the dessert is already portioned in cups. Here is a simple recipe to follow.
½ Liter Whipping Cream + More for whipping
Intended Cannabidiol Dose
250 grams Dark Chocolate pieces or chips (60% Dark works best)
¾ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp. powdered sugar or stevia powder
2 tbsps. grated chocolate for garnish
Ready-made chocolate chiffon cake or brownies
In a pan, heat the whipping cream into a boil. Add the vanilla and stir well. Upon boiling, add in the chocolate chips and mix until smooth. Add in powdered sugar to sweeten the mixture a bit. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until cold. Best refrigerated overnight.
Once chilled, whip the mixture until peaks form. Refrigerate once again. Meantime assemble the chocolate mousse cups by putting crumbled brownies at the bottom of each cup. Spoon or frost the mousse on top of the brownie layer. Add either whipped cream or chocolate shavings on top. Fresh fruits like strawberries or cherries would be great too.
